There is no minimum order requirement to place an order with us.
Do you have a showroom?
We do not have a store where walk-in customers can visit. Our showroom is online.
Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes we do. Please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out whether we can ship to your specific location.
How can I check the status of my items ?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. You will receive email updates about the status of your order. You may also check the status online by signing in to your account.
How do I place my order?
After making your selection, click “Shopping Cart” in the top right-hand corner of the page. This page will list all the items you have selected. If you have changed your mind about a certain item, simply click on the “X” listed beside each product listing. The item will be deleted from your list. After checking your order, click “Update Shopping Cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout”.
You will be asked to confirm your Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipment Method and Payment Method before placing your order.
How do I save time while placing my order?
Simply register yourself with Desire Gems by creating an account. Go to “Sign In” and then scroll down to “Create an Account”. This will save you time from entering your shipping, billing and payment details.
May I change my order before checking out?
You may add or remove as many products as you wish to your Shopping Cart prior to checking out.
May I place my order on the phone?
We’re sorry but at this time we only accept online orders.
